"To become a slave is bad. To be born a slave is forever damaging.

For young Murky, the life of the labourer and servant is all he has ever known, raised without knowledge of freedom or the concept of choice. But when the brutality of his newest masters in Fillydelphia becomes all too much and the heroic escape of a certain little mare takes place before his eyes, Murky finally discovers a life worth fighting for. His own.

Broken from the indoctrination, Murky sets out to reclaim the freedom that has been denied to him throughout his entire life. Against abusive slavers, a fatal illness wracking his body and the attentions of ponies that often cannot be trusted, Murky sets out to achieve the impossible.

To escape Fillydelphia.

But when your cutie mark is a set of shackles...are you really supposed to be free at all?"

This is the cover art that was commissioned for Fuzzyveevee's Fallout Equestria side fic 'Murky Number Seven'. It is very good, and I highly recommend it!

Just started reading this, and now have 1 major question; MN7 or PH?
Nobbleykyle Featured By Owner Jan 20, 2014
What do you mean? Like which is better or which should you read?

I agree PH is better, at least for the first 60 or so chapters. Somber seams to sorta loos focas in the middle of ch 68 and just rushed threw 69.

I love how Lil Pip and Zenith are at the top, the whole inspiration of the story.

This is just EPIC! Absolutely amazing!

I kinda feel ashamed, I've been a brony for two years now, and I'm just now starting to read Fallout: Equestria. In addition, I started reading Murky Number Seven a few days ago, so I'm reading too really long (REALLY good) fanfictions at the same time. I feel so overwhelmed.
